- Download the ProMD App: Our app is available to download on both Apple and Google app stores.
- Register: Once you’ve downloaded the app, sign up using your personal contact details.
- Find Your Unique Link: Open the app and tap on the “Earn” button at the bottom of the screen. Click on “Refer a Friend” to access your unique referral link.
- Start Sharing: Copy your custom referral link and start sharing it with friends and family. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer, and don’t forget each referral earns you an additional entry to win a Botox or Dysport bank.

All qualifying appointments need to be completed by 3/31/2026 for either party to be eligible for the $50 offer and giveaway submission. Referral must be new to ProMD Health or ProMD Tox Bar to be eligible for this offer. The referrer and referral must follow the ProMD Rewards App referral process to enter the giveaway and receive their $50 voucher. Referral must spend a minimum of $200 during their appointment. Vouchers can take up to 24-hours to be added to rewards account. Rewards vouchers may not be combined with any other discount. Rewards will be issued after the referred patient’s qualifying appointment is completed and verified. Each successful qualified referral during the Promotion Period earns the referrer one entry to the Tox Bank Giveaway. Other terms and conditions may apply.
