Jennifer Aponte

PA-C

Jennifer, the lead injector at ProMD Health Columbia, brings years of clinical experience and a genuine passion for aesthetic and anti-aging medicine.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and went on to earn her Master of Medical Science and Physician Assistant certification from Anne Arundel Community College in partnership with St. Francis University in 2012. She began her medical career in Obstetrics and Gynecology before transitioning to Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care, where she practiced for over seven years.

Her passion lies in aesthetic and regenerative medicine, particularly treatments like lasers, biostimulators, and hormone therapy. Jennifer is dedicated to helping patients not only look their best but also feel younger, healthier, and more energized through personalized hormone therapy and wellness services. She’s committed to achieving natural, refreshed results that enhance her patients’ confidence while preserving their authentic beauty.

Jennifer resides in Catonsville, Maryland with her husband and their two dogs. Together, they have five grown children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, decorating, hiking, spending time outdoors, and relaxing at the beach whenever she can.

Sabina Sambat

Sabina is an experienced Nurse Practitioner at ProMD Health Columbia, bringing over 20 years of clinical expertise and a passion for integrative care. With a strong foundation in primary care and wellness education, she now focuses on weight management, hormone optimization, and anti-aging medicine, with plans to soon expand services to include laser treatments, injectables, and biostimulators.

Deeply committed to helping patients feel and look their best, Sabina earned her Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. Her approach combines evidence-based medicine with a personalized touch, always aiming to enhance natural beauty and support long-term health and well-being.

She lives in Ellicott City with her husband, two sons, father, and their beloved Labrador, Frankie (@westfriendshipfrankie). Outside the clinic, Sabina enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jennifer Nicholson

Medical Aesthetician

Jennifer is a Medical Aesthetician specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments. Her approach combines cutting-edge techniques with a nurturing touch to deliver exceptional results. She emphasizes the importance of tailored home care routines, empowering her clients to maintain their results and elevate their skincare journeys. When Jennifer is not beatifying the DMV, she spends her time making art, hanging out with her loved ones and caring for her two senior rescue dogs.

Jessica Windsor

Office Manager

Jessica is our Columbia location office manager. Jessica’s tenure with the company since 2017 has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the company’s culture and daily operations. Her experience has equipped her with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage the office and its various responsibilities. Her friendly demeanor, communication skills, and positive attitude have created a welcoming and pleasant environment for both the people served by ProMD Health and the employees who work there.
