& Wellness Provider

The Opportunity
ProMD Health is hiring two Lead Aesthetic & Wellness Providers, with one full-time position available at our Annapolis location and one full-time position available at our Timonium location. These opportunities are ideal for experienced MDs, DOs, NPs, or PAs who are passionate about both the artistry of aesthetics and the medicine behind wellness.
These are not traditional provider positions or roles within a churn-and-burn med spa environment. Each provider will step into an established patient base while building their own book, reputation, and income potential within a physician-led, fee-for-service practice.
Each position offers a $150,000 base salary plus uncapped monthly commission. Providers who build a strong following can earn upwards of $300,000 in total compensation, depending on production.
What You'll Do
- Performing advanced injectable treatments, including Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, dermal fillers, and Sculptra®
- Providing hormone replacement therapy (HRT), GLP-1 medical weight management, peptides, supplements, and personalized wellness care
- Conducting comprehensive consultations and developing customized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals
- Delivering high-quality patient care from consultation through follow-up appointments
- Building long-term patient relationships through a personalized, patient-first approach
- Mentoring providers and clinical team members while helping maintain ProMD Health’s standards of excellence
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice through clinical leadership and collaboration
Who We're Looking For
Qualified candidates must be an MD, DO, NP, or PA who is licensed in Maryland or eligible to obtain Maryland licensure.
Ideal candidates:
Have hands-on experience performing injectable treatments
Have a background or strong interest in wellness, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, functional medicine, or longevity care
Thrive in a consultative, patient-first environment
Take a conservative, personable, and trust-building approach to patient care
Are comfortable mentoring providers and staff while helping maintain high clinical standards
Value collaboration, professional growth, and long-term patient relationships
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced injectable treatments, including Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, dermal fillers, and Sculptra.
- Deliver device and energy-based treatments, including microneedling, RF microneedling, lasers, IPL, and skin resurfacing.
- Provide precision wellness care, including hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 medical weight management, peptides, supplements, lifestyle guidance, and wearable-driven care.
- Build customized treatment plans and guide patients from consultation through follow-up.
- Develop lasting patient relationships through conservative, patient-first recommendations.
- Mentor providers and staff while helping shape clinical protocols and clinical excellence.
