Aesthetic Sales Consultant
ProMD Health Timonium, MD | Full-Time | Sales & Clinical Support
About the Role
ProMD Health is hiring an Aesthetic Sales Consultant for our Timonium, Maryland location, with regular travel to our Annapolis office. This opportunity is ideal for people with a strong sales and relationship-building background who love aesthetics and get excited about turning ideas into action.
This is not a traditional Medical Assistant role. You’ll become the right hand and growth partner to one of our expert providers, guiding patients through their aesthetic journey, driving treatment plans forward, and helping your provider grow their patient base and business. You’ll also provide hands-on clinical support, and we’ll train the right person on our specific clinical protocols and procedures.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with your provider to grow their patient base and business.
- Guide patients through consultations and help them move forward with personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on ProMD Health’s treatments, skincare, and wellness offerings.
- Follow up consistently to drive treatment plan completion and rebooking.
- Provide clinical support, including patient histories, photos, consents, and assisting during procedures.
- Bring creative ideas to improve the patient experience and represent ProMD as a brand ambassador.
Who We're Looking For
Qualified candidates must have 2+ years of sales experience and be comfortable traveling between our Timonium and Annapolis offices:
- Have consultative, relationship-based, or aesthetic sales experience
- Genuinely love helping patients say yes to recommended treatments and feel confident booking their next treatment
- Are passionate about aesthetics and love working with people
- Build trust rather than urgency with every patient
- Are dependable, organized, and accountable
- Have medical assistant or clinical experience (a plus, but not required)
