What You’ll Do
Each Lead Aesthetic & Wellness Provider will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments and personalized wellness care while building lasting relationships with patients in their local community.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing advanced injectable treatments, including Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, dermal fillers, and Sculptra®
- Providing hormone replacement therapy (HRT), GLP-1 medical weight management, peptides, supplements, and personalized wellness care
- Conducting comprehensive consultations and developing customized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals
- Delivering high-quality patient care from consultation through follow-up appointments
- Building long-term patient relationships through a personalized, patient-first approach
- Mentoring providers and clinical team members while helping maintain ProMD Health’s standards of excellence
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice through clinical leadership and collaboration

Who We’re Looking For
ProMD Health is hiring two Lead Aesthetic & Wellness Providers, with one full-time position available at our Annapolis location and one full-time position available at our Timonium location.
Qualified candidates must be an MD, DO, NP, or PA who is licensed in Maryland or eligible to obtain Maryland licensure.

Have hands-on experience performing injectable treatments

Compensation and Benefits
Each Lead Aesthetic & Wellness Provider position includes:

$150,000 base salary plus uncapped monthly commission, with the potential to earn upwards of $300,000 in total compensation, depending on production and the ability to build a strong patient following
