Your ProMD Promise Reward: Here's How to Use It
If you’ve been part of the ProMD community for a while, you already know we don’t do things halfway. The ProMD Promise, our quarterly $50 voucher for every patient, is one more way we try to make sure your loyalty is met with something real. If you just received your voucher and you’re wondering exactly how it works, this one’s for you.
How the Voucher Works
Each quarter, your $50 ProMD Promise voucher is issued directly in the ProMD Rewards app. A minimum of $100 in services is required, and it applies to full-priced services only. Our front desk team will apply it to your appointment total at checkout, no codes, no fuss.
The voucher refreshes every calendar quarter, which means up to $200 in savings over the course of a year, just for continuing to choose ProMD.
What You Can Use It Toward
Your voucher is valid on any regular-price service priced at $100 or more. That’s a broad range of what we offer, including:
- Dermal Fillers
- Laser Treatments
- Body Contouring (including Emsculpt NEO)
- Kybella
- Sculptra
- Wellness Services (HRT, weight management & more)
- Spa Treatments (chemical peels, custom facials & more)

How to Redeem
Enrollment in ProMD Rewards is required to access your quarterly voucher. You can download the app on the App Store or Google Play. It’s free and takes just a minute to set up. Once you’re enrolled, your voucher will be available each quarter and applied at checkout by our front desk team.

ProMD Promise voucher is valid once per calendar quarter for all patients enrolled in ProMD Rewards. A minimum purchase of $100 in full-priced services is required. Voucher may not be applied toward neurotoxin services (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify), including any additional units. Voucher cannot be combined with the 20 units for $169 promotional offer or any other discounted or promotional pricing. Voucher has no cash value and may not be stacked, transferred, or carried over to the following quarter. Available at all ProMD Health locations. ProMD reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.
