Jessica brings over 15 years of experience in medical aesthetics to ProMD Health, where she is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best. As Managing Partner, she leads a team dedicated to creating a welcoming, luxury experience while delivering personalized treatments and natural results. Known for her expertise in skin health and her patient-first approach, Jessica is committed to making every visit an opportunity for confidence, renewal, and care.

Ashley Spangler

CRNP

Beginning as a pre-med major, Ashley transitioned to nursing in 2009 with a clear goal of entering the aesthetics industry. Since then, she has relentlessly pursued this ambition. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Delaware in 2014, she dedicated eight years to working as a Registered Nurse in both bedside care and the operating room, all the while striving to delve deeper into aesthetics. Despite facing setbacks, she took the bold step of launching her own practice while concurrently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Maryville University, successfully completing her studies in 2023.

Ashley places a high value on her education, continuously refining her skills through mentorship from leading figures in the aesthetics field. She has traversed the nation, seeking knowledge from some of the most reputable aesthetic providers. Now, as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) in healthcare, Ashley steps into her new role armed with a wealth of experience and expertise.

Taryn Irelan

LPN, LE

Taryn is a seasoned professional in the field of medical aesthetics, boasting over two decades of experience. Her journey began in 2002 when she obtained her aesthetician’s license, initially venturing into the spa industry before transitioning to the realm of plastic surgery in 2003, where she found her true calling. Embracing Dr. Obagi’s philosophy of healthy skin, Taryn has honed her practice to prioritize the well-being of her patients. In 2009, she furthered her education by attending nursing school, earning her LPN license in 2011. A native of Delaware’s beachside community, Taryn loves everything ocean-related. She loves to ride her bicycle, her summertime vehicle! Taryn’s motto in life is to get outside every chance you can enjoy the fresh, and wear that SPF!

Amanda Dixon

Front Office Coordinator

Amanda is the Front Office Coordinator at the Lewes office. Her love for aesthetics began with her training in cosmetology at Sussex Technical High School. She continued her studies at Von Lee International School of Aesthetics and Makeup Artistry in Pikesville, Maryland. With a strong background in skincare and customer service, Amanda is committed to ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience for every patient. She is responsible for day to day front desk activities and serves as the friendly first face you will see in our Lewes location.

James Hogan

Executive Assistant/MA

James is the Executive Assistant for ProMD Lewes and Westminster as well as the MA at for Jillian at ProMD Westminster. He graduated from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Business Analytics. Combining his love for aesthetics and his experience in consulting and customer service, James has made it his passion to keep up with the ever-changing industry to serve as a knowledgeable resource to patients while providing exceptional care.

Emilee Hammell

Front Office Coordinator

With a warm smile and welcoming presence, Emilee is one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors. As a Front Office Coordinator, she’s passionate about creating a comfortable, inviting environment for every patient.

Emilee brings valuable experience in the aesthetics field—including time spent at our Annapolis location—and is dedicated to ensuring each visit starts and ends on a positive note.

When she’s not at the front desk, Emilee is in the skies with the LUV airline, helping passengers reach their destinations safely and comfortably. Providing exceptional customer service is truly her passion—whether on the ground or in the air!
