Mandy Fawcett, PA-C, MSHS, is a dedicated Board-Certified Physician Assistant with over 8 years of experience. Her experience includes orthopedic surgery with a special interest in osteoporosis and women’s health. Holding a Master of Science Degree in Health Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, she enriches her practice with a deep well of knowledge. With an extensive history performing in-office procedures, Mandy received specialized training from ProMD and the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics to hone her skills in aesthetic procedures. Beyond medicine, Mandy is driven by her passion for aesthetics, aiming to amplify individuals’ natural beauty and confidence. She also advocates for the transformative power of exercise, diet and nutrition in overall wellness. Fluent in Spanish after living in South America, she ensures effective communication and care for a diverse patient base. Happily married with two teenage children, she balances her professional and personal life with grace and dedication.

Leigh is a certified Physician Assistant with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master’s degree in Health Science from the Anne Arundel Community College/University of Maryland, Baltimore PA program. She has over 12 years of diverse healthcare experience, including more than 8 years in various surgical subspecialties. Leigh was previously the Lead Physician Assistant for the Breast and Reconstructive Surgery team at Mercy Medical Center before joining ProMD Health. Outside of work, Leigh enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and training for triathlons, and cherishes quality time with her boyfriend, son, and stepson. She is passionate about aesthetics and is dedicated to helping patients achieve natural results and feel confident in their own skin.
